About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage dynamic office daily operations and provide organizational support to the team
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, meetings, and international travel planning
- Assist with technical and commercial tasks such as creating presentations, offers, and document management
- Manage professional correspondence in both German and English via phone and writing
- Act as an interface for IT and HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new employees
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in an assistant or secretarial role
- Very good proficiency in German and English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Reliable, organized, and empathetic personality
