About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage diaries for up to five Senior Leaders to ensure they are accurate, prioritized, and free from clashes
- Provide inbox support, including clearing spam and flagging urgent communications
- Handle logistical support such as arranging travel and planning team socials
- Coordinate Team All Hands meetings, including room bookings, invites, and refreshments
- Organize and maintain shared team files and folders for easy access
- Act as a primary point of contact for Leaders and support ad-hoc team projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Resilience and flexibility to juggle competing priorities
- Fluency in MacOS, Slack, and GSuite tools
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
