Team Assistant - Global Markets

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Global Markets team in a fast-paced trading floor environment
• Manage travel arrangements and support expense processing and reconciliation
• Support diary management, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and internal team events
• Assist with coordinating client events, roadshows, and investor lunches
• Assist with invoice processing, including brokerage and general expense-related administration
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT coordination and office setup
• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and presentation formatting
• Assist with organizing team meetings and coordinating with offshore colleagues
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Senior Executive Assistant as required

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative experience
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the financial services industry
• Experience using Concur Travel Management
