About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central contact for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Partners
  • Manage complex diaries and inboxes for multiple senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate governance forums, including meeting materials and logistics
  • Manage senior stakeholder and client relationships
  • Prioritize competing leadership demands and track follow-up actions
  • Oversee service quality and administrative delivery standards
  • Support sensitive or confidential matters with discretion
  • Plan and deliver events and programs
  • Manage team communications and large distribution lists
  • Support finance processes including expense validation and compliance checks
  • Produce and format documents such as CVs, minutes, reports, and presentations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in complex diary management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the construction or professional services industry
  • Experience handling confidential material
  • Experience in event organization
  • Experience with basic finance administration (invoicing, purchase ledger)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Dynamics365
  • Experience using Egencia
