About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a central contact for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Partners
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes for multiple senior stakeholders
- Coordinate governance forums, including meeting materials and logistics
- Manage senior stakeholder and client relationships
- Prioritize competing leadership demands and track follow-up actions
- Oversee service quality and administrative delivery standards
- Support sensitive or confidential matters with discretion
- Plan and deliver events and programs
- Manage team communications and large distribution lists
- Support finance processes including expense validation and compliance checks
- Produce and format documents such as CVs, minutes, reports, and presentations
Requirements
- Proven experience in complex diary management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the construction or professional services industry
- Experience handling confidential material
- Experience in event organization
- Experience with basic finance administration (invoicing, purchase ledger)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Dynamics365
- Experience using Egencia
