Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistant support for Financial Advisors and Private Wealth teams
- Manage calendars, including coordinating meetings, events, and logistics
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and scheduling
- Maintain travel itineraries and prepare expense reports for reimbursement
- Assist with general office support such as filing, scanning, and documentation
- Participate in firm initiatives, training programs, and special projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 licenses
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
