Teaching Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver administrative services supporting teaching programs, including assessments, exams, and timetabling
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and respond to dynamic academic needs
• Contribute to the improvement of office systems and procedures
• Support school-based activities such as meetings, events, and local communications

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification and substantial administrative experience
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in computing systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work productively in a team environment
