Teaching Faculty (Electrical Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach general and specialized undergraduate electrical engineering courses, including lecture and laboratory components
• Integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into course content and personal interactions
• Maintain engineering laboratories, develop safety protocols, and support student use of equipment for capstone projects
• Advise and mentor students in academic, spiritual, and career development
• Sponsor student clubs, senior capstone projects, and special academic trips
• Participate in departmental and university committees to foster a culture of collaboration
• Engage in professional and scholarly activities

Requirements

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Expressed commitment to Jesus Christ and the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
• Must be a Seventh-day Adventist church member in good and regular standing
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Prior experience teaching in a higher education setting
• Relevant industry experience in electrical engineering
