Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support instructors during virtual and in-person training programs for investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance clients
• Assist participants with financial modeling and valuation exercises, including 3-Statement modeling, DCF, Comps, M&A, and LBO modeling
• Provide real-time technical support and answer participant questions throughout training sessions
• Grade assignments and provide clear, constructive feedback to students
• Assist with classroom logistics, technology setup, and overall session flow
• Travel to client sites to support intensive week-long training programs

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Equity Research, or a related finance role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong foundation in accounting, valuation, financial modeling, and Excel proficiency
• Strong summer availability from June through August
• Willingness to travel to major US financial hubs (e.g., NYC, Boston, Chicago) for week-long assignments
