Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the staff team to support the school's daily operations
• Positively contribute to and implement educational activities and play
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
• Model the school's values and Christian ethos through professional conduct
• Maintain a calm and supportive presence within the classroom environment

Requirements

• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work proactively as part of a friendly team
• Genuine enthusiasm for working in an educational setting
• Ability to lead by example and follow school values

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant field is preferred, though candidates without this will be considered
