Teaching Assistant/Residential Counselor

Responsibilities

• Assist with lecture and lab courses and mentor team research projects
• Live in the same dormitory as the PGSS students to provide residential supervision
• Ensure students adhere to PGSS disciplinary rules and safety protocols
• Provide academic tutorial help within the program
• Arrange and conduct social activities for students

Requirements

• Completed sophomore year of college (highly qualified first-year students may be considered)
• Strong academic record
• Strong communication skills
• Successful background check
• Child Protection Clearances (Act 153)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with PGSS or a similar summer enrichment program
