Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Classroom teacher in daily activities and class management
• Implement learning experiences to advance intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Support children's language development through diverse activities and supervision
• Follow nursery policies regarding safeguarding and positive behavior management
• Prepare materials, class activities, and classroom environments
• Teach basic personal hygiene, eating habits, and social skills
• Identify and report children showing signs of emotional or developmental problems
• Organize and label student work and classroom displays
• Conduct daily risk assessments and supervise indoor/outdoor play
• Participate in staff meetings, training workshops, and teamwork

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of similar experience
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and pedagogy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with parents and staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor in Education or English/Arabic language
• Cache Level 2
• 2-3 years of similar experience
