Teaching Assistant (Early Years)

Responsibilities

• Provide active support for the youngest children in their day-to-day learning and play
• Assist teachers with the daily running and management of the classroom
• Act as an integral member of the staff team to ensure a positive learning environment
• Support children's language development and learning through engagement

Requirements

• Highly committed to the vision of the Early Years department
• Strong level of spoken and written English to support student learning
• Ability to motivate students and work with them to achieve their best
• ICT efficient with the ability to use technology in an educational setting
• Friendly personality with the ability to work effectively within a team
