Responsibilities

• Study and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Utilize instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations
• Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to support student success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree before first day of work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development
• Ability to work in person in New York City
