Responsibilities

• Build and uphold Primer’s culture by knowing every student’s academic level and needs
• Teach daily literacy and math lessons through small-group instruction and individualized curricula
• Manage classroom operations, student data, and family communications to ensure a stable learning environment
• Lead high-quality Pursuits, Primer’s interdisciplinary curriculum for applied learning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience as a lead teacher, homeschooling parent, or child care provider for K-8 kids
• Proficiency using technology for instruction and tracking student progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to create a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
