Teacher of Geography

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction across UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, International Baccalaureate (IB), and BTEC programmes.
• Challenge students to set ambitious academic targets and achieve excellent outcomes.
• Implement innovative teaching practices to enhance student engagement and learning experiences.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
• Act as a strong ambassador for the school, engaging effectively with students, parents, and the Nord Anglia Education community.

Requirements

• University degree in Geography or a closely related specialist subject.
• Professional teaching qualification.
• Considerable teaching experience within an international school setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and international examination boards.
• Ability to meet UAE visa requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate students.
