About the Company

Vargen is an independent primary school for grades 4–9 located in Kiruna. We are a relatively small school with 156 students, focusing on high-quality teaching and a strong sense of community where every student feels seen and welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, document, and conduct teaching in accordance with regulatory documents
• Provide personalized student interaction and adapted learning experiences
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to develop teaching methods
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians

Requirements

• Teaching certification (lärarlegitimation)
• Experience working in a school setting
• Subject expertise in either Swedish/English/Social Studies or Math/Science
• Strong collaborative and communicative skills
• A reflective approach to professional development
• Interest in outdoor life and camp activities is a plus
