Teacher - Chemistry

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small group tutoring in Chemistry to improve student understanding and performance
• Assist students with homework and assignments to develop effective study habits and time management skills
• Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions both in-person and online
• Monitor student progress and create detailed assessment reports after each session
• Communicate findings and feedback to the Center Manager and parents regularly
• Act as a mentor to help students build academic confidence and resilience
• Collaborate with staff to align tutoring strategies with educational objectives
• Participate in professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in teaching or tutoring
• Deep subject matter expertise in Chemistry
• Ability to conduct sessions both in-person and via online platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional learning environment
