Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different age groups
• Teach students using a structured, step-by-step approach for math and literacy mastery
• Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment
• Adapt teaching methods to meet various learning styles
• Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and independent learning
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback
• Develop hands-on activities and projects, particularly in STEM
• Help students build confidence in self-paced learning
• Maintain a well-organized and safe learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (BSc in Education required)
• Experience teaching children preferred
• Familiarity with structured, self-paced learning approaches
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher degrees in Education
• Interest or experience in STEM education, robotics, or coding
• Experience with hands-on projects
