About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the entire class experience as designed by following the guides and curriculum provided
- Build relationships with kids and parents by greeting each family at drop off/pick-up and creating follow up opportunities
- Ensure best practice policies are followed at all times to ensure health and safety of kids
- Attend required huddles, meetings and shifts as scheduled
- Provide practical help with tasks and other relational aspects of the role
Requirements
- 1-2 years working with children
- Ability to build relationships with staff, parents and kids
- Strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
