Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities
• Provide individualized support to students to help them understand and complete assignments
• Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist in preparing educational materials and setting up classroom spaces
• Support student assessment processes and maintain accurate records of student progress
• Supervise students during non-classroom times such as lunch, recess, and field trips
• Assist with classroom management and reinforce positive behavior strategies
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate student progress
• Adapt teaching materials and approaches to meet diverse learning needs
• Stay current with educational technology and assist in its implementation

Requirements

• Saudi citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
• Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
• Proficiency in using educational software and basic computer skills
• Understanding of child development and learning theories
• Familiarity with educational standards and practices in Saudi Arabia
