Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in activities that enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children
• Prepare indoor and outdoor learning and recreational areas
• Assist children with intellectual, physical, behavioral, and other learning difficulties
• Support children individually in developing essential social skills
• Prepare teaching materials, including copying and collating written and printed documents
• Operate audiovisual equipment, computers, and other teaching aids
• Distribute and collect lesson materials for students

Requirements

• Experience supervising children in a school or pre-school setting
• Ability to assist with learning difficulties and classroom management
• Proficiency in operating basic audiovisual and computer equipment
• A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is required
