About the Company

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and assisting students with learning activities
• Work with small groups or individual students requiring additional support
• Help maintain a safe, orderly, and nurturing classroom environment
• Assist with classroom preparation, resource organisation, and administrative tasks
• Support students’ social, emotional, and spiritual development in line with the school’s Christian values
• Supervise students during breaks, activities, and excursions as required

Requirements

• Passion for working with children in a Christian educational setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively
• Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to upholding the Christian ethos and values of the school

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Understanding of contemporary educational practices and classroom management
• Ability to contribute to extra-curricular activities
