T&E Accountant Jr.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee travel and expense (T&E) activities, including reviewing and approving expense reports.
• Perform PEP checks on third parties using Dow Jones to ensure compliance with pre-approval procedures.
• Administer corporate card and travel programs, acting as a primary point of contact for system administration and troubleshooting.
• Resolve expense report exceptions in the Oversight tool and follow up with employees and approvers as needed.
• Support the processing of T&E related payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and internal regulations.
• Identify recurring non-compliant behaviors and propose process improvements to reduce exceptions.
• Coordinate with travel agencies (FCM) to resolve booking issues and maintain traveler profiles.

Requirements

• Basic experience in T&E, accounts payable, corporate card administration, or similar finance operations.
• Familiarity with T&E systems and corporate card programs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• High attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex policy and compliance requirements.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
