T&D Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall construction activities for assigned power delivery projects
• Coordinate material management, EPC construction, and logistics efforts
• Develop and review construction plans, outage schedules, and commissioning activities
• Interface directly with clients to report on progress, costs, schedules, and risks
• Collaborate with Project Managers, schedulers, controllers, and engineers
• Oversee work assigned to general and logistics contractors
• Prepare detailed reports reflecting project status and uncertainties
• Ensure all safety protocols and industry standards are strictly followed

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in utility construction, electrical T&D, or the substation industry
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage demanding, complex infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction
