TCAE Auxiliar de enfermería UCI ARAVACA

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, humanized, and integral care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (UCI).
• Monitor vital signs and assist with patient hygiene, nutrition, and physiological needs.
• Support the nursing and medical team by preparing materials and anticipating needs during procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the workspace, ensuring the asepsis of medical instruments and equipment (e.g., crash carts, dialysis filters, Bipaps).
• Control and record daily temperatures in storage areas and refrigerators.
• Register patient incidents and all vital sign measurements accurately.
• Manage stock levels of essential medications, instruments, and materials, and handle billing for used materials.

Requirements

• Specialized course in ICU (highly valued).
• Proficiency in nursing assistance techniques.
• Knowledge of patient nutrition and hygiene support.
• Experience with medical equipment maintenance and monitoring.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure intensive care environment.
