T&C Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the test, verification, and delivery of signaling subsystems under the supervision of the Project Manager.
• Organize T&C activities, including planning, resource allocation, access, and documentation.
• Ensure signaling systems comply with system specifications, contractual requirements, and Detailed Interface Specifications (DIS).
• Prepare T&C procedures and review test results to prepare formal test reports for submission.
• Interface with Engineering teams to optimize site tests and resolve design-related issues or anomalies.
• Provide technical leadership to teams regarding tools and procedures, and represent the company in technical discussions with customers.
• Report regularly on progress, issues, and anomalies arising during site testing.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics or Embedded Systems) or equivalent experience.
• Multiple years of experience in Test & Commissioning (T&C) activities specifically for signaling projects.
• Deep knowledge of signaling subsystems, including ATC, ATS, and IXL.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work on-site, including availability for night shifts.
• Flexibility and mobility for short or long missions in different locations and countries.
• Strong analytical thinking skills to solve complex system failures and a results-oriented mindset.
