T&C Engineer/Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all daily T&C activities on-site, including defining test schedules and managing team priorities.
• Manage human and material resources to meet project milestones and site requirements.
• Ensure technical compliance of all operations, specifically regarding cable testing protocols and electrical equipment.
• Produce and deliver essential quality documentation, including test sheets, trial reports, and commissioning certificates.
• Provide regular progress reporting to the Project Director and maintain fluid communication between construction teams and the final client.
• Anticipate technical and operational risks on-site and implement immediate corrective solutions to prevent delays.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) or Master 2 in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Automation, or Industrial Maintenance.
• 3 to 5 years of minimum experience in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) coordination on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in sectors such as Energy, Rail, Data Centers, or Heavy Industry.
• Strong technical background in electricity and networks, with indispensable mastery of cable testing protocols.
• Demonstrated skills in schedule management, field team leadership, and priority setting.
• Excellent synthesis and writing skills for technical control documentation.
