Tax & Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and timely filing of foreign and domestic tax compliance, including quarterly and annual provisions.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and risk while monitoring changes in tax legislation.
• Provide strategic advice on transfer pricing and international legal entity rationalization.
• Prepare and maintain 13-week cash forecasts to monitor liquidity needs and optimize free cash flow.
• Manage working capital requirements and the opening/closing of bank and investment accounts.
• Collaborate with finance leaders on investment strategies and manage the organization's investment portfolio.
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and implement strategies to mitigate currency risk in international operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a tax advisory firm (preferably Big 4) or 7+ years of industry experience in tax roles.
• Experience with complex international legal entity structures and their tax implications.
• Proficient knowledge of ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes) and basic transfer pricing concepts.
• Proven experience in treasury activities, including cash forecasting and cash position optimization.
• Experience managing investment portfolios and foreign exchange exposure.
• Ability to interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
