Tax Structuring and Advisory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage tax and related structural aspects of internal restructurings
• Advise on investment structures for senior individuals within the group
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and other complex business transactions
• Work on structuring and advisory matters relating to trading activities
• Collaborate extensively with local and global Tax teams and non-tax professionals

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer or accountant
• 8+ years PQE in leading law firms, accountancy firms, or financial institutions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex tax issues and tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience
• Experience with the taxation of financial products
• Experience with international tax issues
• Significant tax transaction and structuring experience
