Tax Specialist, Personal Property Tax

Responsibilities

• Verify tax bills and manage payment administration
• Process refunds and prepare Property Tax Returns
• Track and log assessment notices
• Perform reconciliation and quality control for self and peer work
• Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
• Handle communications with tax jurisdictions and offshore/onshore staff
• Act as a backup for the Team Lead when required

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Business
• 4-6 years of professional experience in US Taxation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a standard indoor environment with regular computer use
