Tax Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax and accounting documentation including VAT, CIT, WHT, and other declarations
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and identify MDR tax schemes
• Analyze tax laws, monitor changes, and implement updates within the organization
• Identify tax risk areas regarding VAT, CIT, and other tax types
• Support the accounting department with tax-related obligations
• Verify tax provisions in contracts and provide tax opinions
• Collaborate with internal departments on domestic and international transactions and conduct training to mitigate tax risks
• Participate in finance and accounting projects, including the creation and implementation of procedures
• Cooperate with tax authorities and external advisors
• Perform analysis, control, and settlement of general ledger account balances
• Conduct formal and tax control of accounting documents

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Very good practical knowledge of tax regulations
• Practical knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and local regulations
• Proficiency in SAP (SD/FI)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command of the English language
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of communication, meticulousness, and accuracy
