About the role
Responsibilities
- Extract and cleanse large datasets to ensure accurate billing information
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable (AR) teams and clients to ensure timely invoice settlement
- Track and manage billing cycles and maintain status trackers to record work progress
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing, invoicing, and budgeting
- Perform manual testing of schemas, including target tests, checklists, and duplicate scenarios
- Conduct application testing, including smoke, sanity, regression, and performance tests
- Identify technical or functional anomalies and raise bugs/issues in DevOps to drive them to closure
- Act as a conduit between clients and technical teams to provide product requirements
- Draft test scenarios based on User Story acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a data analyst or equivalent project management (PMO) role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong skills in data extraction and cleansing from large datasets
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and issue resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure, multi-workstream environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with basic manual testing
- Knowledge of application testing methodologies (Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and Performance)
- Proficiency in MS Word and advanced Excel functions
