Tax Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and research tax credit studies
• Serve clients on federal credits and incentives engagements, including R&D tax credit and deduction analyses
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members
• Perform strategic tax planning and research regarding international, federal, and local issues
• Communicate complex tax issues clearly to clients and non-tax professionals
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision while meeting charge hour goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting or compliance experience in public accounting
• Working knowledge of R&D tax incentives
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in tax software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CPA or JD advanced credential is strongly preferred
