Responsibilities

• Complete and file federal and state income tax returns for individuals
• Conduct tax research to stay updated on evolving laws and regulations
• Create process flows and monitor tax return milestones with external partners
• Manage client files, workpapers, and lead sheets
• Communicate tax planning and return results effectively with members
• Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners to implement tax strategies

Requirements

• CPA, EA, JD, or equivalent demonstrated tax expertise
• 2+ years of experience in tax compliance or tax preparation
• Knowledge of complex individual tax situations (Foreign income, FBAR, Partnership K1, state tax credits, real estate reporting)
• Proficiency in LaCerte, Proconnect, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong time management skills to meet filing deadlines
