Responsibilities

• Onboard and monitor Flex SMA accounts to ensure reconciliation and appropriate balances
• Create and review client reports for accuracy and completeness
• Review vendor reports related to compliance, account settings, and trading activity
• Perform data analysis related to transition analysis and account onboarding
• Monitor daily reconciliations and ensure alignment with custodian records
• Provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
• Partner with Technology, Portfolio Management, and Client Service teams to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• 7-10 years of experience in a financial services institution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership or mentorship experience
• Salesforce experience
• Python or automation experience
