About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely compliance with all local tax legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Analyze and determine applicable tax obligations for operations in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Guyana, and Suriname.
  • Monitor and evaluate changes in tax legislation and business operations that may require action.
  • Supervise the preparation, calculation, and filing of tax returns and payments.
  • Manage local tax audits, ensuring consistent quality and compliance standards.
  • Provide technical tax support to other departments regarding financial project analysis.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the tax team in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage transfer pricing analysis to minimize corporate risk.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in similar tax management roles.
  • Professional degree in Accounting.
  • English proficiency at a B2+ level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Tax.
