Responsibilities

• Manage all federal, state, and local tax compliance obligations including income, franchise, sales & use, property, and transaction privilege taxes
• Lead §48E ITC workstreams, including safe harbor strategy, PWA and Domestic Content compliance, FEOC certification, and credit monetization via §6418 transfers
• Develop federal income tax projections and advise on structuring, planning, and M&A transactions
• Supervise, coach, and develop the Tax Analyst and build scalable processes and SOPs
• Serve as the primary tax point of contact across Finance, Legal, and Project Development
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and legal counsel on complex matters, audits, and tax opinions

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax experience with minimum 1 year in a manager or senior role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• Experience managing multi-state compliance including sales & use, property tax, and franchise taxes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior tax staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's in Taxation or JD/LLM
• Direct experience with §48, §48E, §6418, PWA, and/or Domestic Content rules
• Experience with tax compliance software and ERP systems
