Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance, reporting, and timely submission of tax returns.
• Oversee international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions and advise on cross-border transactions.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
• Provide strategic tax advice to management regarding mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
• Lead corporate tax calculations, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and BEPS.
• Establish and maintain effective tax controls and manage tax audits and inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Corporate and International Tax.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax regulations and international tax frameworks.
• Experience with multinational tax structures and cross-border transactions.
• Knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS initiatives, and transfer pricing regulations.
• Advanced Excel and tax reporting skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA, or ADIT.
• Experience working within Big 4 firms or large multinational organizations.
• Background in real estate, construction, or investment sectors.
