Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare US international quarterly and annual tax provisions in compliance with ASC 740
• Review tax accounts, temporary differences, uncertain tax positions, and valuation allowances
• Partner with external reporting teams on footnote disclosures and audits
• Prepare key U.S. international tax calculations including GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, and FTCs
• Manage OECD Pillar Two and CbC reporting compliance
• Support transfer pricing documentation and tax planning projects such as restructuring and cash repatriation
• Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and legal teams to integrate tax impacts into business decisions
• Drive continuous improvement in global tax reporting, data systems, and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience
• Working knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. international tax (GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, FTCs, BEAT)
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with global tax provision tools (OneSource, CorpTax)
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Master's degree in Tax
• Specific experience with CorpTax Provision
