Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and manage tax affairs for domestic subsidiaries (Tax Shared Service)
• Perform corporate tax and local income tax adjustments, deferred tax calculations, and accounting support
• Handle VAT, local taxes, and various other tax filings
• Review various contracts and perform proactive tax risk diagnosis
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations
• Support communication with relevant internal departments
• Assist in establishing global tax strategies and risk management for domestic and international subsidiaries
• Analyze international tax issues and support the establishment of response plans
• Manage Transfer Pricing policies and documentation
• Support and manage tax filing processes for overseas entities
• Assist in responding to domestic and international tax audits and prepare supporting documentation
• Support internal employee training and communication regarding global tax matters

Requirements

• Certified Tax Accountant or Certified Public Accountant license
• 3+ years of experience in tax-related roles
• Knowledge and experience in domestic tax filings (Corporate tax, VAT, local tax)
• Ability to travel overseas

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in and understanding of the gaming and IT industries
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
• Excellent English communication and business proficiency
• Experience in managing domestic subsidiaries or dedicated tax roles
