Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services for restructurings and key business transactions
• Assess and monitor tax risks and implement solutions for changing regulations
• Deliver ongoing tax advice to Polish and international clients, including preparing requests for individual tax interpretations
• Offer sector-specific advisory for industries such as automotive, IT, and modern business services
• Support clients in tax proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts
• Advise on personal income tax (PIT) and social security (ZUS), including payroll and employee settlements
• Manage corporate tax result optimization and design tax process implementations
• Support tax strategy building using innovation support instruments like R&D relief and IP Box

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in tax advisory
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of tax issues
• Higher education degree, preferably in Law, Finance, or Economics
• Strong teamwork and delegation skills
• Proficiency in both Polish and English (minimum B2/C1 level)
• Openness to learning new technologies and digital tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Tax Advisor qualification or currently being on the path to obtaining it
