Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Analysts, Seniors, and Assistant Managers to deliver high-quality client service.
• Review complex U.S. individual, trust, and partnership tax returns to ensure accuracy before final sign-off.
• Manage engagement economics, turnaround times, and quality targets.
• Develop, mentor, and supervise junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Identify and champion new service offerings and cross-sell extended services to clients.
• Communicate project status and progress effectively to all stakeholders.
• Adhere to firm policies regarding independence, confidentiality, and tax return preparer guidelines.

Requirements

• Certified EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA.
• Deep technical tax knowledge regarding U.S. individual, trust, and partnership returns.
• Formal education in commerce or finance.
• 9+ years of experience working with major global corporations (e.g., Big 4 or finance shared services).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or commerce.
