About the role
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Employee Benefits & Wealth Management team, including partners and associates
- Assist in managing personal taxation issues such as investments, transfers, declarations, and mobility
- Support client matters regarding employee shareholding, remuneration, and savings plans
- Conduct technical legal and tax research
- Participate in drafting legal consultations, contractual documents, and procedural acts
- Attend client meetings and prepare materials for conferences and seminars
- Engage in regular technical meetings and training sessions within the tax group
Requirements
- Higher legal education with a specialization in Tax Law
- Perfect proficiency in English to operate in an international environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to integrate fully into the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Background from a Business School or Grande École
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate environment focusing on personal taxation or employee shareholding
