Tax Filing Delivery Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of tax filings for assigned legal entities and manage distributions of tax remittances.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and client teams regarding tax filing inquiries.
• Liaison with Payroll Client teams to coordinate amended returns, research notices, and manage interface file submissions.
• Facilitate client meetings and provide subject matter expertise on payroll tax filing.
• Manage tax filing suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Monitor metrics, identify process issues, and suggest resolutions to management.
• Support the implementation of new clients and oversee delivery operations.
• Mentor and support colleagues and coordinate training for new associates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 4 years of experience in tax filing.
• 3+ years of Payroll Tax Filing experience.
• 3+ years of client interaction and management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macro development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
