Responsibilities

• Lead global tax strategy covering federal, state, and international planning
• Advise leadership on corporate structure, international expansion, and transfer pricing
• Oversee preparation and review of corporate income tax returns and indirect tax filings
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740
• Support global entity operations and oversee transfer pricing policies
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR on tax forecasting, employment tax, and equity compensation
• Build scalable tax processes and infrastructure to support company growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification required
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of US corporate taxation and international tax concepts
• Experience in a multinational SaaS or technology company
• Deep understanding of ASC 740 and corporate tax provision processes
• Experience managing external advisors and tax audits

Preferred Qualifications

• MST or JD/LLM in Tax
• Background in high-growth startup or late-stage private company environments
• Expertise in indirect tax, VAT, and international sales tax compliance
• Knowledge of transfer pricing and OECD guidelines
• Experience with Campfire and tax automation tools
