Responsibilities
- Support employees (office and warehouse) in tax matters and assist in resolving customer tax issues
- Support sales and operational projects regarding compliance with tax regulations (domestic sales and intra-community supply)
- Ensure correctness, reliability, and timeliness of tax calculations and declarations (CIT, PSD, VAT, WHT, PCC, CUK, ALK, IFT, TPR-C, WH-OSC, etc.)
- Implement tax changes in procedures and systems within the area of responsibility
- Verify business contracts and promotional action regulations from a tax perspective
- Participate in internal audits, prepare Group reports, and cooperate during tax inspections by authorities
- Communicate with tax authorities during company and customer audits
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation in accordance with regulations
- Purchase legalizing stamps according to warehouse requirements
- Record and process alcohol sales in cross-border transactions in the EMCS PL system
Requirements
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or tax law
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in taxation, including a managerial role
- Very good knowledge of Polish tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT, PCC, PSD, CUK, ALK)
- Experience in managing teams and tax projects
- Ability to work with accounting and financial systems (knowledge of EMCS PL2 is a plus)
- High communication competence and ability to cooperate with various departments
- Very good command of English
