Tax Consultant

Responsibilities

• Supervise and validate transfer pricing obligations, including the preparation of studies and informative declarations (Local, Master, and Country-by-Country files).
• Manage and document intercompany operations, ensuring correct inclusion in reports and matrix administration.
• Provide internal advisory on transfer pricing and evaluate the tax impacts of national and international operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather information and generate reports for decision-making.
• Handle requirements from regulatory authorities such as SAT, CNBV, and Banxico to ensure compliance.
• Implement controls to ensure arm's length pricing and monitor changes in tax legislation and regulations.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects within the tax area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience specifically in transfer pricing.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax legislation (ISR, IVA, CFF).
• Proficiency in OECD and BEPS regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and a results-oriented approach.
