Tax Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely compliance with federal tax obligations for non-retail companies, specifically intellectual property and holding companies.
• Consolidate monthly tax details for service companies, including brands and holding entities.
• Apply changes in tax regulations published by the SAT in coordination with other compliance managers.
• Monitor account balances and movements in SAP to ensure alignment with company operations.
• Validate working papers for provisional tax payments and record preliminary entries via SAP.
• Supervise annual ISR calculations, annual tax declarations, DISIF, and tax audits (Dictamen fiscal).
• Manage responses to invitations or requirements from tax authorities (SAT) and coordinate information gathering across departments.
• Identify opportunities for process innovation and improvements in collaboration with the planning area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura Titulado) in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Taxes and Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tax Regulations and legislation.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial principles.
• Experience managing government portals and tax authority procedures.
