Tax Clerk

Responsibilities

• Prepare and independently create tax returns for German TRUMPF companies (individuals and corporations)
• Manage income tax compliance, including the creation and submission of electronic balance sheets (E-Bilanz)
• Review incoming tax assessments and manage the deadline control book
• Handle withholding tax topics and apply for tax certificates
• Actively participate in year-end closing processes, from tax calculations to determining the group tax rate
• Manage VAT compliance by creating and submitting domestic and foreign VAT advance notifications
• Contribute to overall tax responsibility through the creation and submission of Recapitulative Statements (ZM)

Requirements

• Completed training as a Steuerfachangestellter or advanced qualification as a Steuerfachwirt
• Relevant experience in a tax environment, such as a tax consultancy or a corporate tax department
• Strong interest in income and VAT tax topics
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP and DATEV is highly welcome
