Tax Audit Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze official notices and define the information required to respond to various tax authorities
• Validate and reconcile databases against administrative systems, accounting, CFDI, and supporting documentation
• Generate control figures and documentary evidence to substantiate operations before authorities
• Draft formal responses and proposals for information delivery to authorities and manage file integration
• Identify and mitigate potential risks arising from information requests to avoid sanctions from SAT, CONDUSEF, PRODECON, and other regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting (100% credits completed)
• Proven experience in database management and information analysis
• Strong knowledge of ISR and IVA regulations
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
• Experience in accounting, tax, or audit areas
• Ability to stay updated on constant regulatory changes
